The Workshop is a beautiful air-conditioned building at the end of Mozaic’s garden, shaded by culinary plants. It is the home of Mozaic’s prestigious cooking classes in a sleek, state-of-the-art Miele kitchen — as well as its Private Dining venue for smaller groups and individuals, with interiors by Vinoti Living. The Workshop invites chefs and lifestyle fans to a feast of all senses.
The Private Dining experiences offer an innovative and very private lunch or dinner from 6 to 36 guests. The Chef is yours exclusively for the event and performs your dishes live in the glamorous Workshop Kitchen: you can even steal a few secrets from the master as he prepares your food. Food menu and wines are tailor-designed to your needs. A great way to enjoy a private lunch or dinner at Mozaic.
Designed as a cooking school for recreational classes doubled with facilities for professional chefs, The Workshop is a place for culinary arts development and culinary exchange, training and development.
Recreational classes concentrate on the art of discovering the freshest Balinese ingredients and applying the philosophy of Mozaic through cooking techniques of Modern French cuisine. All dishes are simple to reproduce at home.
Full day classes are taylor designed classes that focus specifically on cooking techniques, specific ingredients or types of cuisine or on developing recipes for restaurants and hotels alike.
During the high season the Workshop also functions as an additional dining room where guests are seated at individual tables like a normal restaurant yet each guest can peak directly into the kitchen as the Chef creates all of the dishes from the evening’s menu live. This Chef’s Tables formula has proven very popular amongst our guests
