For one night only, Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique transforms into an intimate steakhouse in collaboration with Saltlick, celebrating the craft of dry-aged meat and open-fire cooking.

Curated by Chef Jeremy Hunt of Saltlick and Chef Blake Thornley of Mozaic, this exclusive 7-course dinner brings together Mozaic’s refined dining approach with Saltlick’s signature expertise in premium dry-aged cuts and wood-fire grilling.

Guests may also enhance their evening with a selection of Saltlick’s dry-aged meat specialties, personally chosen from the display and grilled over wood fire, with upgrades starting from IDR 200,000++.
